Life requires adjustments. They can be be made in many aspects of our life including our spine and joints. Did you know you can adjust other joints in the body besides the spine? It’s true! You can adjust your wrist, elbow, feet and more.

When joints start functioning less than perfect they can contribute to unwanted symptoms like weakness, dysfunction and pain. Most patients who get adjusted on a regular basis report feeling better not just in weakness, dysfunction or pain but in many aspects of their lives. That’s because adjustments are not just about cracking or popping the bones. Chiropractic philosophy is actually centered on the health of the nervous system and removing any interference that may be affecting its perfect function.

Nearly every nerve in your body travels through your spinal cord. That’s why chiropractors can spend such and incredible amount of time & focus on your spine, because that’s where your nerves are! Chiropractors believe that when your nervous system is working correctly you have the best chance of functioning at your optimal level.

I love Adjustments!
